A number of years ago, I saw the original as a midnight movie at a local theater, and it was fantastic on the big screen.

Apropos of nothing, there is a cookbook based on the H.P. Love those even if horror isn't my go to genre by any means.

Surprisingly for me I've seen all three of these (well the first Evil Dead anyway).

I appreciated Se7en's skill and performances but can't say I enjoyed it. I watched Babadook for Essie Davis, I'm an enormous fan of her Miss Fisher Mysteries, and she was fantastic but I'll never watch again. Evil Dead had some humor but it just wasn't for me.

I'm having computer issues this week so while I have three I'm relying on the google synopsis for clarity.

The Book Club (2018)-Four friends' (Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen, Diane Keaton and Mary Steenburgen) lives are turned upside down when their book club tackles the infamous "50 Shades of Grey." From discovering new romance to rekindling old flames, they inspire each other to make their next chapter the best chapter.

The Jane Austen Book Club (2007)-Quirky dog-lover Jocelyn and many-time married Bernadette decide to start a book club exclusively dedicated to Jane Austen, primarily to help distract their friend Sylvia from the fact that her husband has just dumped her. Frustrated French teacher Prudie, Sylvia's daughter Allegra and sci-fi fan Grigg join up as well.

The Pillow Book (1996)-Nagito has a fetish for calligraphy on the human body and meets ideal soul-mate Jerome, an English translator sent to Japan. However, once Nagiko's father's gay publisher rejoins the scene, the story is overtaken by treachery and bloodlust. joel65913https://www.blogger.com/profile/14526657073681774683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-227751790693713235.post-61811010983225546202020-11-05T00:39:45.560-05:002020-11-05T00:39:45.560-05:002 awesome films and one incredible film series.
