Good and Horror-bull

I can't be the only person that occasionally seeks out ridiculously bad movies. If you've been here a few times, you may know that I call them "so bad it's awesome!" Of course, the horror genre seems to churn out more of these than any other. Perfect. In all my not-so-infinite wisdom, I've decided it's time I help you out on your quest...if you're into that sort of thing. Listed below are the "so bad it's awesome" horror flicks I've covered on this site, so far. Click on the titles to read my full reviews.

ENJOY!!!

  1. Back in my podcasting days, I was forced to watch Repo! The Genetic Opera by my podcasting partner. He claimed that you really couldn't get the full effect of the film unless you watched it twice, so I dutifully watched it twice. While I'll admit it has its moments, ("Zydrate Anatomy" is fun, and who can't enjoy Paris Hilton's face sliding off?), but man, do I dislike that film a lot.

    1. It's definitely not for everyone. And yes, seeing Paris Hilton's face sliding off is one of life's essential pleasures.

  3. I think a few of those fall under a special category I've created for myself called "Too rapey for me" I do love seeing negative scores. It makes me laugh. One of my favorite "bad" horror movies is Troll.

    2. In that case, definitely stay away from Trip with the Teacher and Raw Force. Believe it or not, I haven't seen any of the Troll movies.

  4. Haha oh my God...you reminded me that Pieces is a movie that exists. I almost forgot >.<

  5. CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOPLE! Probably the most fun I've ever had with an awful movie. My God, was that terrible in the best way ever.

As for the rest of this list? Well, this is something I'm coming back to revisit if and when I break one of my legs and am forced to lay in bed all day and watch movies. Yes, Dell. This broken leg thing exists in my mind the way some people dream of hitting the lottery.

Oh, and I'm starting with Tokyo Gore Police. Not sure why, but that's it. Easily.
